What are the symptoms of anemia in children?

There are many reasons that can cause anemia in children. For example, some infectious factors can cause anemia. Children can be infected by parasites or some bacterial toxins, which can then lead to red blood cell destruction and cause anemia. Chemical causes are an important factor in childhood anemia, such as benzene poisoning, lead poisoning, or arsenic poisoning, which can cause anemia. In addition, large-area burns in children can damage red blood cells and cause anemia.

Symptoms of anemia in children include pale complexion, serious expression, inattention, loss of appetite, low immunity, memory loss, cold hands and feet, etc. Anemia is often caused by iron deficiency, so attention should be paid to iron supplementation in the diet. Eat more animal hearts, livers, kidneys, lean meat, egg yolks, beans, spinach, red dates and fungus, etc. Of course, the effect will be better if supplemented with iron preparations. Commonly used iron preparations for children include Iron Tablets, which are well absorbed and do not hurt the stomach. My child also takes Iron Tablets for iron deficiency, and the blood-replenishing effect is obvious.

Other symptoms: pale complexion, lighter lips and nails; increased breathing and heart rate; decreased appetite, nausea, abdominal distension, and constipation; lack of energy, inattention, and irritability. Older children may also experience headaches, dizziness, and black spots in front of their eyes. The symptoms of anemia in children mainly include pale skin, weak body, dry hair, and picky eating. Anemia requires iron supplementation. Let your children eat more vegetables, tomatoes, rapeseed, celery, apricots, peaches, plums, oranges, dates, lean meat, egg yolks, animal liver, kidneys and other iron-containing foods.

12. Another part of flat blood is caused by insufficient red blood cell production. For example, children lack necessary hematopoietic substances in their bodies, especially iron deficiency, which can cause nutritional megaloblastic anemia. Some children suffer from malignant tumors or serious infections, which may eventually lead to anemia. Among children's anemia, nutritional iron deficiency anemia is the most common.
