1. Parents cooperate with going to bed early

Children are lively and energetic. Many times they will insist on playing even if they feel sleepy. What's more, the adults are not asleep yet, which makes the children feel that it is not time to go to bed yet. It is best for mom and dad to sleep with the baby in bed at bedtime. 2. Parents should insist on going to bed on time

4. Reduce daytime sleep time.

5. Try not to go out too late at night

6. Do not hold and rock your baby while sleeping

7. Listen to light music
