Mahua paste:

Recipe: some black sesame seeds, peanut kernels (with skins), 15 grams of white sugar.

Preparation method: Wash sesame seeds and peanut kernels, put them in a wok, fry them until cooked, and grind them into powder. Take 15 grams each time, add 120 ml to 150 ml of hot water, mix into a paste, and then add sugar to taste.

Directions: Eat while warm. Take 1 dose daily, all at once. Can be consumed for a long time.

Function: Lubricates the intestines and promotes bowel movements, nourishes and replenishes blood. Suitable for iron deficiency anemia. However, it should be discontinued if diarrhea occurs.

Ginseng, jujube and lotus seed porridge:

Recipe: 15 grams of Codonopsis pilosula, 20 grams of red dates, 30 grams of lotus seeds, and 30 grams of glutinous rice or rice. Preparation method: Cut Codonopsis pilosula into slices; wash the red dates, split them open and remove the cores; crush the lotus seeds. Wash the japonica rice clean, put it into the pot together with Codonopsis pilosula, red dates and lotus seeds, add appropriate amount of water, and cook until the rice is soft.

Usage: Infants and young children should eat porridge and red dates. Take 1 dose daily, divided into 2 meals, until anemia is cured.
