Is it really good for children to drink pure milk?

Parents are naturally more worried about the nutritional health of their children, because we all know that the best way for children to supplement any nutrients is through diet. Paying attention to diet will help them absorb nutrients and is more beneficial to their health. What I want to introduce to you below is whether it is good for children to drink pure milk.

From infancy to early childhood (0-7 years old), it is recommended to use special infant formula milk powder instead of drinking pure milk directly. Because milk is originally a feed for calves, it is not entirely suitable as the staple food for babies. Although the protein content of cow's milk is higher than that of breast milk, 4/5 of it is casein.

Among them, essential amino acids are less, and the formed clots are larger and difficult to digest. Cow's milk has fewer unsaturated fatty acids, larger fat globules, and lacks lipolytic enzymes, making it difficult to digest and absorb. Its lactose content is lower than that of breast milk and is mainly alpha-lactose, so sugar must be added to increase calories. The total amount of calcium and phosphorus contained in milk is higher than that in breast milk, but the ratio of calcium to phosphorus is inappropriate, which is not conducive to absorption. Someone will definitely ask, conditions were poor in the past and no one could afford formula milk, and what should we do if there was no formula milk? That is very troublesome and requires a series of processing, such as dilution, adding sugar, and boiling, before it can be fed to the baby.

Because nowadays, many parents are worried about whether their children are suitable for drinking pure milk. So after introducing the above content, we hope that it can attract attention and correctly prepare the various nutritional and health foods that children need.
