Is it good for children to eat more eggs?

Eggs are rich in protein and other nutrients, and are a food that people often eat in their lives. On weekdays, we often make one or two boiled eggs for breakfast, and we also often make stewed eggs or fried eggs as dishes. Eggs are delicious and nutritious, and many of my friends love to eat them. But eating too many eggs is not good. So is it good for children to eat more eggs?

Eggs are considered to be a nutritious food. They contain protein, fat, yolk, lecithin, vitamins and minerals such as iron, calcium and potassium required by the human body. Among them, lecithin and yolk are substances that are particularly needed for the physical development of infants and young children. But, is it better to eat more eggs?

Children aged 1-2 years old need about 40 grams of protein every day. In addition to regular food, adding 1-1.5 eggs a day is enough. Babies need to eat egg yolks to supplement iron. At the beginning, you can only grind 1/4 of the egg yolk and put it in the milk cake to eat, and then gradually increase it to 0.5-1. If the child eats too much, the gastrointestinal tract will not be able to bear it, which will lead to digestive absorption dysfunction, causing indigestion and malnutrition.

Eggs also have fermentation properties. If a child has sores or festering skin, eating eggs will make the condition worse. Some parents like to boil eggs with sugar and feed them to their children. However, since the bacteria and parasite eggs in the eggs cannot be completely killed by boiling, they can easily cause diarrhea and parasitic diseases. If there are "Salmonella Typhimurium" and "Salmonella Enteritidis" in eggs, children will get typhoid fever or enteritis.

Regarding the question of whether it is good for children to eat more eggs, I believe that everyone has a certain understanding after reading the above content. Generally speaking, two eggs a day are enough for children. Eating too much will exceed the range of nutrient absorption and lead to overnutrition. Although children are still in the developmental stage, they do not need to eat too many eggs, as this is not good for the body.
