However, children exercise less and eat less, so they need to be strengthened through various conditioning. So how can children increase their body resistance?

1. Dietary supplements. Eat some foods that help improve immunity, such as radish, mushrooms, ganoderma lucidum, etc. Replenish various trace elements in time; participate in more outdoor activities, change the air, bask in the sun (protect against ultraviolet rays in summer), have a balanced diet, do not eat too monotonous food, diversify food types, eat more foods rich in protein, vitamins, iron and zinc, such as animal foods, vegetables and fruits, seafood, nuts, etc.

2. Exercise. Strengthen exercise and adjust the function of immunity. Keeping your child in a happy mood can also help improve your baby's immunity.

3. Get more rest. This needs no explanation, getting enough sleep is a must. Poor sleep can reduce the number of T cells in the body that are responsible for fighting viruses and tumors, thereby increasing the chance of getting sick.

4. Maintain a good attitude. Generally, people with low immunity and who often catch colds are very irritable, especially when they are sick, they become extremely angry. At this time, they should stay calm, go out for a walk, chat with friends, etc.

5. Develop good living habits. For example, having a stable biological clock, not smoking or drinking, and not staying up late.

6. Drink more water: Drinking more water can keep the mucous membrane moist, which becomes an important line of defense against bacteria. To ensure health, children should be made to understand the importance of drinking water as much as possible.

Although we cannot see what resistance is, when a patient does not get sick or catch a cold for several months, it proves that the resistance is very good. Children who are often sick have very poor immunity. If they do not improve their body nutrition, their growth and development will be affected, and they may also develop complex and serious diseases. As parents, we must know how to increase children's resistance so that we can protect them.
