What's wrong with the little girl's vaginal discharge with blood?

When girls reach the age of thirteen or fourteen, some abnormal conditions will appear. Of course, this abnormal condition is very normal for adult women. This is menstruation. Once a girl has her first menstrual period, it means that her body has entered the developmental period. At this time, the girl's vagina will secrete a liquid, which is what we call leucorrhea. So, what is the reason for children's leucorrhea with blood?

Children's leucorrhea with blood is usually caused by a little bleeding during ovulation. It is a common condition during adolescence, mainly caused by the fact that the body has not yet fully developed and the hormone secretion is not very stable, which causes bleeding. This situation is normal and there is no need to worry too much. If you are worried, you can have a gynecological examination to determine the development of the reproductive system.

Leucorrhea is a white liquid that flows out of the vagina of women. Leucorrhea is divided into physiological leucorrhea and pathological leucorrhea. Pathological leucorrhea is mostly caused by inflammation.

Common pathological leucorrhea in clinical practice include: colorless, transparent, sticky leucorrhea, white or grayish yellow foamy leucorrhea, curd-like leucorrhea, watery leucorrhea, etc. The formation of leucorrhea is closely related to estrogen. When the secretion of estrogen reaches its peak, the leucorrhea will be abundant and transparent. It will be sticky like egg white and can be pulled into threads.

1. Physiological

In healthy women, the increase in vaginal discharge is directly proportional to the increase in estrogen levels in the body. For example, increased vaginal discharge may occur during ovulation or pregnancy, when the endometrium grows too long, or after the use of estrogen drugs.

2. Pathological

Vaginitis, chronic cervicitis, senile vaginitis, endometritis, uterine effusion or foreign body in the vagina, uterine fibroids, genital herpes, gonorrhea, condyloma acuminatum, uterine prolapse, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, etc.

In short, in order to keep leucorrhea normal, every woman should strengthen her own nutritional supplements to make the body's immunity stronger, so as to effectively avoid bacterial invasion and prevent endocrine disorders. Do not over-clean your lower body or use any medicine or disinfected sanitary pads, as this can easily cause adverse effects on the acid-base balance in the vagina.
