Early education for three-month-old babies

Nowadays, parents pay more and more attention to their children's education. Many children start to receive prenatal education when they are in their mother's belly. After the child is born, they start early education. The early education industry has become more and more popular. The method of early education is generally carried out with the help of mothers, and children who have received early education will be more sensible and polite than children of the same age. So what is the early education for a three-month-old baby?

Early education methods for three-month-old babies: games and sports

Change the hanging toy into a small ball with a bell. The mother holds the baby's hand to hit the ball. The ball will swing back and forth and make a sound, attracting the baby to keep hitting it. The baby cannot estimate the distance yet, and his hands are not flexible enough, so he often misses the ball. After he finally hits it, the ball moves away, and it becomes very difficult to hit it again. The swinging and ringing sound of the ball can attract your baby. Change the position of the ball each time you play to avoid prolonged staring and eye contact. Put the ball away after playing to prevent staring. Practicing hitting a moving object can further develop hand-eye coordination and prepare your baby for grasping a suspended toy at 4 to 5 months.

Have the baby lie on his back, hang a large flower ball where the baby can see it, pull a rope, tie one end to the ball and the other end to the baby's wrist. When the mother holds the baby's left hand and shakes it, the bell on the big flower ball will ring. When the mother lets go and lets the baby play by himself, the baby will move his limbs and even shake his body to make the bell ring. After the baby discovers that the bell will ring when waving his left arm, the mother will tie the wheel to the baby's other hand, and then tie it to the left and right ankles alternately. This is a game that exercises sensory integration and selective concentration. From seeing and hearing to controlling the whole body's indiscriminate movement, the sensory integration process trains the brain to specifically direct the selection of limb activities, which is very useful for intelligence.

The mother holds the baby in her left arm and lets the baby sit against her chest. The mother uses her right hand to take some toys and lets the baby play with them with both hands. Or the mother holds the baby and sits at the table, puts the toys on the table, lets the baby take or reach them with his hands, or pushes the inertia car on the table. Through this game, babies can learn the sitting posture, laying the foundation for future practice of sitting up by holding hands. After the baby sits up, both hands can move at the same time, providing an opportunity for cooperation between the two hands.

The baby lies prone with a movable mirror placed next to the baby's head. The baby likes to look at himself in the mirror and will try to prop up his upper body. When the mother helps the baby to put one elbow in the right position, the baby will actively put the other elbow in the right position to prop up the entire chest and expand the field of vision. The baby will also stretch out one arm to get the toy next to him. This also exercises the neck, upper limbs and chest muscles, while expanding the field of vision, allowing the baby to see things that were invisible in the past.
