In fact, we know that once a child is constipated, it is often very painful. Many treatments actually help to improve bowel movements. Once a child has difficulty defecating, he or she tends to become irritable. I don't even like eating anymore. Children's frequent constipation problems need to be treated actively. What should I do if my child suffers from frequent constipation?

If children's constipation is organic constipation, the primary disease should be treated first. Common treatments for constipation include:

(1) Bowel habit training: Cultivate children's habit of regular bowel movements every day. When children are defecating, you should try to avoid external influences. Do not play with the child or tell stories to the child at the same time, as this will distract the child's attention from defecation and affect defecation.

(2) Correct children’s bad eating habits such as picky eating and encourage them to eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.

(3) Cut the soap into the size of a little finger, 3 to 4 cm long, wet it with water and insert it into the anus to stimulate defecation.

(4) Use enema with enema.

Diet and diet therapy

1. Wash and chop 50-100 grams of pumpkin roots, put them in a pot, add water and boil them until the juice is concentrated. Drink it all at once. Take 1 dose daily, and take several doses in a row until the bowels are relieved. For children under 3 years old, honey can be added for flavoring.

2. 10-15 grams of Tremella fuciformis and 20 ml of fresh orange juice. Wash and soak the white fungus until soft, put it in a bowl and steam it in a pot. Add orange juice and mix it. Drink it all at once with the residue and juice. Take 1 dose daily for several days.

3. 100 grams of figs (ripe), remove the skin, wash with warm water, take at will, 1 to 2 times a day, with no limit on the treatment course.

4. 150 ml fresh sugarcane juice, 1 gram senna leaves. Place in a pot and steam until cooked, filter out the residue, and take it in 1 to 2 times. Take 1 dose daily for several days. Reduce the dosage for children under three years old.

5. 100 ml soy milk, 150 ml thick rice soup, and 20 ml honey. Boil fresh soy milk, add rice soup and honey, mix well, and drink it all at once. Take 1-2 doses daily for several days.

6. 100 grams of spinach and 50-100 grams of polished rice. Boil the spinach in boiling water until half-cooked, remove and cut into small pieces. Put the polished rice in a pot, add water and cook into porridge. Then add the spinach and boil for several more times. Add oil and salt to taste and take it in 1 to 2 times. Take 1 dose daily for 5 to 7 days.

7. Peel 1 to 2 bananas, put them in a bowl, add a little boiling water, and pound them into a paste. Add 10 grams of white sugar, mix well, and feed at will. 1 to 2 times a day, unlimited course of treatment.

8. 1 large white radish and 100 grams of honey. Wash the radish, hollow out the center, fill it with honey, place it in a large bowl, add water and steam it. Eat the radish and drink the honey water, and take it several times in a row.
