Rule 2: Don’t drink too much milk every day

Milk should be heated to just boiling point. If it is boiled for too long, a series of changes will occur in its physical and chemical properties. For example, protein will coagulate and precipitate, and there will be a certain loss of nutrients, especially vitamins. In recent years, it has also been discovered that rotavirus antibodies, which are commonly found in milk and have the effect of preventing infant diarrhea, can also be destroyed by heat.

If the child does not have time to eat breakfast in the morning, it is best not to let him drink milk on an empty stomach.
