However, some children's hair grows slowly. What's going on?

1. Don’t wash your hair too frequently

Normally, do not wash your hair more than three times a week, and the water temperature should not be too high. If you wash your hair every day, or often wash your hair with hot water, the protective film on the surface of your hair will be damaged, making your hair dry and brittle, and the hair quality will change, affecting the normal growth of your hair.

2. Do not use irritating chemicals.

Shampoo and conditioner are closely related to the quality of hair. So please be careful when choosing shampoo and conditioner, because shampoo and conditioner contain sulfuric acid, which removes the natural oils from the hair. Although it controls oil, it also damages the hair. Silicon-containing conditioners will form a protective film on the surface of the hair, which can only be washed off with a shampoo with stronger cleansing power, so these two types of hair care products are not options.

3. After washing your hair, you should dry it gently.

. After shampooing, gently towel dry your hair and allow it to air dry. Try not to just wipe it with a towel and then blow dry it with a hair dryer, as that will damage your hair. Fragile hair is like clothes made of high-end fabrics, and we need to take good care of it instead of doing it hastily.

4. Hair mask is still necessary, and it can be done once every two weeks.

5. Minimize external damage.

Be careful when cooking or in places like swimming pools that have been disinfected with chlorine. It is best to wear a shower cap or swimming cap to keep your hair healthy.

6. Increase the intake of protein and deep-sea fish oil fatty acids. Protein can make our hair healthier and more lustrous. Eggs and animal meat are both fine. I will not go into details about the benefits of deep-sea fish oil fatty acids for skin and hair.

7. Drink plenty of water

Lack of water in the body not only makes the skin dry, but also makes the hair dry, split and lose its luster.

8. Trim your hair every 3 months. Trimming your hair means trimming off damaged hair ends, so that more nutrients can be supplied to the healthy hair. Trimming off dry and split hair ends will also make your hair look healthier.

9. Relax and massage your scalp to promote blood circulation and activate the nutrients in the head. Some people use essential oils to massage the scalp, which is also a good choice.

10. Get enough sleep. Sleep is the best way for the human body to recover. It is also a good way for hair to relax and recover.
