Ginseng, jujube and longan porridge

Recipe: 15g Codonopsis pilosula, 15g fried jujube kernels, 10g longan, 150g polished rice, appropriate amount of brown sugar

Preparation: Wrap Codonopsis pilosula and jujube seeds in gauze, cook them with longan and glutinous rice into porridge, add sugar and serve.

Usage: 2 times a day

Efficacy: It is used for children with ADHD of the heart and spleen deficiency type, such as mental distraction, excessive talkativeness, dull complexion, fatigue, poor appetite, thin body, pale lips and tongue, and weak pulse.
