How to care for fat particles on baby's face

Many babies will be found to have fat particles on their faces after they are born. Parents don’t need to worry about this phenomenon as it is very common in life. Most babies need to go through a process of suspected eczema after birth. So let us introduce skin care.

Typical infant eczema often occurs on the head, face, and around the ears. It starts as red, millet-sized bumps that are densely distributed, followed by the appearance of yellow, translucent, sticky exudate, and then scabs. There are many yellow scabs around the eyebrows, scalp, and earlobes. This rash can also occur in the thighs, subclavian areas, vulva, neck, etc., and often causes redness, swelling, and erosion of the skin due to friction, forming bright red, moist wounds. The child becomes restless due to the severe itching and scratches the affected area, which may cause bleeding and secondary bacterial infection. In severe cases, it may cause suppuration and fever. Swollen lymph nodes near the affected area.

The following care methods are generally used for babies with eczema:

When washing your child's face and bathing him/her, do not use irritating soap. If the eczema on the body and limbs is severe, do not take a bath in the tub for the time being. Apply medicine immediately after washing.

Dress your child in clean, soft and comfortable clothes, change and wash pillows frequently, and use light-colored pure cotton cloth for clothes and bedding, instead of chemical fiber products.

Don't let your children get cold or hot, keep them away from cold wind and don't expose them to the sun in summer.

Nursing mothers should avoid spicy and irritating foods, such as peppers, onions, garlic, wine, etc.

Milk for children should be cooked for a longer time to destroy the allergenic substances in the milk. When a child suffers from severe eczema, he or she should seek treatment from a dermatologist in time. Parents should not apply any cosmetics to the child casually to avoid aggravating the allergy. Generally, eczema improves easily after treatment, but it is easy to relapse. However, don't worry, it will gradually heal after stopping milk (about 6 months).

When it comes to fat particles on the baby's face, parents must take active preventive measures for their children's skin care. During breastfeeding, mothers' diets should be nutritious and light, and they should avoid eating irritating foods. This is a very good preventive measure for children.
