The reason why the baby has small red spots all over his body

It is very easy for people to get allergies in spring. Once allergies occur, the symptoms will be very obvious, such as red spots or small red spots all over the body. Especially babies have very delicate skin, so how should we deal with the phenomenon that babies' bodies are covered with small red spots?

It could be roseola infantum, which is characterized by a rash that appears after the fever subsides. It is caused by a viral infection and can occur throughout the year, but is more common in spring and autumn. It is common in babies between six months and one year old.

The incubation period of roseola infantum is about 7 to 15 days. Although it is a contagious disease, it is very safe and will not spread as widely as measles or chickenpox. Symptoms: The baby first has a high fever that lasts for three to four days. After the fever subsides, a rash quickly appears all over the body and disappears quickly without desquamation or pigmentation.

These babies also have fever before the rash appears, and the fever can be high, but the cold symptoms are not obvious. Their spirits and appetite are still good. The throat may be a little red, and the cervical and occipital lymph nodes can be felt but are not tender. There are no other symptoms and signs. When the body temperature is about to rise or has already dropped and a rose-red rash appears all over the body, people suddenly realize that the roseola infantum is almost over. Roseola infantum has no effect on the baby's health and provides lifelong immunity. So I suggest you do a blood test to find out what is causing it.

Above we have learned some knowledge related to children's skin allergies. In life, we should pay attention to the baby's body covered with small red spots. The first thing we mainly consider is how to treat it and prevent it through diet in life.
