Causes of fever in children's hands and feet

Relatively speaking, children's constitution is relatively weak and their metabolism is relatively fast, which causes their bodies to heat up quickly. When children have enough food, their gastrointestinal digestion is accelerated, so the body's energy must be dissipated through the palms and soles of the feet, which causes signs of fever in children. We adults need to pay more attention to these physical changes in children.

1. Children's metabolism is vigorous, blood circulation is accelerated, and the body produces more heat that needs to be dissipated through the body surface. The child may feel that his body temperature and palm temperature are high. It is more obvious when there is a fever and there is no other discomfort. It may be a normal physiological phenomenon.

2. If the child behaves like this when he is not active, you should check if he is wearing too many clothes. If there is nothing wrong with the clothes your child is wearing, you should take your child's temperature to make sure it is normal. If the body temperature is normal, there is no problem. You should make sure to give your child enough water and check whether he is suffering from calcium deficiency.

3. The baby has symptoms of getting angry, such as hot palms and yellow urine, which are caused by excessive internal heat.

4. The baby has food accumulation and the baby's stomach is congenitally insufficient. In order to supplement the nutrition for the child, some parents always feed the child some high-fat, high-protein, high-calorie food that is difficult to digest, which further increases the burden on the spleen and stomach, causing food stagnation and heat accumulation over time, resulting in hot hands and feet, fever in the abdomen, and bloating. Such children are often accompanied by symptoms such as loss of appetite, dry stools, red tongue coating, abnormal taste, but the body temperature is generally normal.

In daily life, in addition to severe fever, children also need to pay attention to whether there are other complications. If the child has a loss of appetite and fever, we should consider whether the child has gastrointestinal discomfort. Drinking more water can promote the body's water absorption, which is very effective in relieving physical symptoms.
