One-week baby food recipe introduction

Families with one-year-old babies must be curious about what kind of meals they should cook for one-week-old babies? What should a one-year-old baby eat? One-year-old babies already have a few small teeth, so they can start eating soft, tender, and easily digestible foods. 1. Wenzhou lean meatballs

The method of making Wenzhou lean meat balls is very simple. The ingredients are similar to those of fish balls, tribute balls, etc. The finished product is not meatballs, but more like our Taizhou shrimps, but they are called fish balls. The main recipe of our Taizhou wheat shrimp is flour and eggs. After the batter is prepared, put it in a bowl and use a knife to push it directly into the pot. The longer the strip, the better the skills of the person who made it. The production method of Wenzhou lean meatballs is similar to that of fish balls in the north. In order to make it more suitable for children to eat, I think it is better to use chopsticks to poke it shorter. Chop a piece of lean meat into a paste, add five-spice powder or pepper powder, chop it more, stir it more, stir it in one direction, until it becomes strong, then add appropriate amount of water, continue stirring, finally add a small amount of flour and an egg, and continue stirring. If you want something to taste as elastic as meatballs, the only way is to stir it more, just like making fish balls. Just stir until the batter becomes very sticky. Add a spoonful of salt to a pot of water and bring it to a boil. Then scoop the batter onto a kitchen knife and use chopsticks to push it in little by little. Turn the pot over frequently to prevent it from sticking. After all the batter is pushed in and the lean meatballs float up, cover the pot and cook for about 3 minutes before scooping it out and seasoning it.

2. Love Mashed Potatoes

Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, add a little salt and oil to a pot of water, then put the potato pieces in and cook until cooked. When the potatoes are almost cooked, put chopped carrots, chopped vegetables, diced peas or other diced beans in water and blanch them before taking them out. Mash the potato cubes, add a little bit of sugar to enhance the flavor, add a spoonful of salad dressing and mix well with the diced vegetables, scoop the mixed mashed potatoes into the mold with a spoon and press it down.

A baby's eating habits need to be developed from an early age. A one-year-old baby cannot be provided with adequate nutrition by relying solely on formula or breast milk.
