Simple nutritious meal recipes for children

Children are in a stage of laying the foundation for growth and development, and they need timely nutritional supplements to be fully prepared for having a healthy body in the future. So how should we as parents provide adequate nutrition for our children? The following editor will introduce two simple nutritious meals for children, hoping to provide a reference for parents and help you take care of your children's daily diet and health.

1. Shrimp and Tofu Soup

Main ingredients: 1 piece of northern tofu, appropriate amount of dried shrimp

Accessories: some black fungus, some chopped green onion

Seasoning: salt to taste

1. Cut the tofu into small pieces

2. Prepare the ingredients, cut the black fungus into small pieces, cut the garlic sprouts into sections, and chop the green onions.

3. Add pepper powder

4. Add chopped green onion and fry until fragrant

5. Add half a bowl of water

6. Add black fungus

7. Add dried shrimps and bring the soup to a boil

8. Add the chopped tofu, boil again, add the garlic sprouts and stir-fry evenly.

2. Egg Custard

Ingredients: 5 eggs

Accessories: chopped green onion, dried shrimp

Seasoning: salt and oil as needed

1. Brush a layer of oil in the bowl, beat the eggs and add appropriate amount of salt and mix well

2. Wash and set aside the chopped green onion and dried shrimps

3. As shown in the picture, use an empty egg shell like this to hold water (the water should be warm)

4. Mix the egg and water in a ratio of 1:2 (one egg and two empty eggshells of warm water, this is more accurate)

5. Add chopped green onion and dried shrimps.

6. When the water in the pot is hot, put a curtain on it to steam it.

7. Cover the lid, bring to a boil over high heat, then switch to medium-low heat and steam for about 10 minutes. You can open the lid and use a small spoon to scrape the center. If it is not cooked, simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

The above two dishes are just two of the many ways to make nutritious meals for children. Children need a lot of nutrients for their growth and development, which cannot be met by just the two dishes above. Parents need to choose appropriate and reasonable foods to provide nutrition for their children based on their own eating habits and their children’s physical conditions, so as to provide sufficient health guarantees for their children.
