1. Stretching the legs. This is the most basic training content in basic dance training, which includes stretching the front, side and back legs. Leg stretching exercises help open up the ligaments in students' leg joints. When stretching your legs, pay attention to keeping your leg joints upright, open your feet outward and straighten them, and keep your upper body upright. Press down until there is no gap between your upper body and legs. The ligaments of some students are too tight. Don't be too demanding when stretching your legs. Maintain the correct posture. Over time, the ligaments can be stretched and the requirements can be met. Pay special attention to keeping your hips straight. When students press their side legs and back legs, they are most likely to have their hips out of place or tilted, which needs to be corrected in time. When pressing the side leg, hold the handle with the hand on the same side, place the other arm close to your ear, move it close to the leg and stretch it as far as possible to lengthen the side waist. When pressing the hind leg, make sure your shoulders are level, do not shrink your neck, support your head to prevent it from falling, and stretch it backwards. Accompaniment tape: Choose music with a strong sense of rhythm.

2. Shoulder Press: This is an exercise to open the shoulder ligaments. When doing the shoulder press, keep your arms straight on the barre. The distance between your legs is slightly equal to shoulder width. Relax your head and spine, and feel the shoulder ligaments stretching as you press down. Accompaniment tape: medium speed, slow 2/4 rhythm.

3. Push the instep combination. The quality of the instep varies from person to person, and most of it depends on congenital factors, but acquired training cannot be ignored. Before training, you should stretch from your toes to the entire instep; during training, hold the bar with both hands, keep your chest and head up, tighten your abdomen and lift your hips, stand with your feet together, and start with single instep training. 1-2 beats: lift the heel of one foot, and dig the five toes tightly into the ground. 3-4 beats: straighten the toes, push them toward the wall, and make the entire instep into a crescent shape. 5-8 beats: switch to the other foot, and repeat the same movements for both insteps. Young students are not focused when doing this type of training and tend to look down at their own and others' movements. When pushing the instep, their feet tend to open and they cannot push up the instep. They need to be reminded and their movements standardized at all times.

4. Barre training combination Children's dance training is very different from professional dance training. When doing the combination of movements on the barre, it is impossible to achieve the same intensity and difficulty as professional students. Only after several years of amateur training and reaching professional level will one be able to perform a combination of movements that combines both difficulty and intensity. Children are lively and active and love fun and interesting movements. This requires teachers to pay attention to the simple and easy-to-learn structure when arranging such movement combinations on the barre, so that students are able to do it. Fun and studious will naturally stimulate students' interest in learning. If students are constantly given appropriate encouragement and praise during teaching, they will accept it quickly. 2 (two-handed/one-handed) handlebars, one foot squat combination

3 (two-handed/one-handed) handlebars, one person making circles with feet

4 Five-position kick, one-handed handlebar small kick combination

5 Five-position foot, one-hand handlebar to shift the center of gravity

6 (two-handed/one-handed) waist-turning combinations These combinations are suitable for the physical fitness and receptive ability of young children. As students continue to make progress in all aspects, the difficulty will be increased and the patterns will be changed to meet the requirements of dance training.
