3. Take an appropriate amount of Haier Tea, grind it into fine powder, and blow it into the nose, 3 times a day. It has the effects of clearing away heat and resolving phlegm, reducing swelling and discharging pus. Mainly used to treat sinusitis with pus discharge.

4. 30 grams of bitter gourd seeds. Crush the above medicines and put them in a clean bottle. Soak them in 150 ml of good wine. Open the bottle after 1 week, remove the residue and set aside. When using, take a small amount and drop it into the nose, 4 times a day. It can open the orifices. It is mainly used to treat nasal congestion, eye pain, etc.

5. Recipe for old dried loofah powder: burn 2 pieces of old dried loofah to ashes, grind into powder and store. Take 15 grams each time, with boiled water every morning. It can dissolve blood stasis and detoxify. It is mainly used to treat runny nose caused by sinusitis and paranasal sinusitis.

6. Chew 1 piece of honeycomb regularly, spit out the residue after about 10 minutes, and do this 3 times a day. Mainly used to treat allergic rhinitis and sinusitis.

7. 15 grams of magnolia flowers and 2 eggs. Add appropriate amount of water to magnolia flowers and eggs and cook them together. After the eggs are cooked, peel them and cook for a while. Drink the soup and eat the eggs. It can detoxify and reduce inflammation. Mainly used to treat chronic sinusitis and various rhinitis.

8. Take an appropriate amount of sesame oil and drop 2 drops into each nostril, twice a day. It has the effects of moisturizing dryness, clearing away heat and reducing swelling. It is mainly used to treat atrophic rhinitis and rhinitis with dryness and discomfort in autumn.

9. 60 grams of fresh thistle root and 3 eggs. Add water and cook until the eggs are cooked. Take once a day for 1 week. It has the effects of moistening the lungs, detoxifying, nourishing yin and stopping bleeding. It is mainly used to treat sinusitis, nosebleed, etc. caused by hidden fire in the lung meridian.

10. Appropriate amount of rice vinegar and 1 egg. Crack the eggs, remove the yolks and leave the egg whites in the eggshells, pour in vinegar, and place on a prepared wire rack. Put it on the fire and cook until it is slightly boiling, remove it from the fire and let it cool, then put it on the fire and cook until it is slightly boiling again. Do this 3 times and serve it while it is hot. It can disperse blood stasis, reduce swelling, moisten dryness and promote salivation. It is mainly used to treat sore throat, nasal sores, dry retching and headache caused by stagnation of heat in the lung meridian.
