How to make chicken puree as baby food?

There are many types of complementary foods for babies, and the key is whether the mother can make them. Why some babies of the same age grow strong and tall while others are dark and thin? This is closely related to their daily diet. For mothers, it doesn’t matter if they don’t know how to make complementary foods. They can learn slowly. No one is born with the ability to do such a thing. So, how to make chicken puree for baby food?

Method 1:

Tools/Raw Materials

Pressure cooker, stew pot

Chicken breast, chicken drumstick, mushrooms, lotus root, carrots

Methods/Steps

Wash, peel and cut the prepared vegetables into pieces for later use;

Put the chicken breast and chicken legs into the pot and boil them for a few minutes to remove the blood and impurities. Remember to add a few slices of ginger to remove the odor.

Put all the ingredients into the pressure cooker, remember to add scallions and ginger slices;

After stewing, put the vegetables and chicken separately. The vegetables can be pureed in a food processor, put into a supplementary food box and stored in the refrigerator. The chicken can also be pureed and frozen.

Precautions

Add ginger slices when cooking chicken to remove the odor.

Method 2:

Materials

A carrot

One chicken leg

Debone the chicken legs and clean them. Wash the carrots as well.

Step 1

Cut the chicken into small pieces, boil them in water and set aside; cut the carrots into small pieces and set aside.

Step 2

Pour half a spoonful of oil into the pot. I used about 5 ml of walnut oil. You can also use avocado oil or olive oil instead. Add carrots to the pot and stir-fry over low heat until the oil turns into a beautiful orange-red.

Step 3

Add the blanched chicken and stir-fry for about 1 minute.

Step 4

After taking it out of the pot, put it into the food processor (if you use a stirring stick, you can add water to the pot and boil it for 5 minutes. When the chicken is cooked, you can pour it out and stir it) Step 5

The machine steamed for about 10 minutes.

Step 6

Stir well and you can feed your baby. :)

Step 7

After the remaining carrot and chicken puree has cooled down, put it into a food box and freeze it. Remember to eat it within a week. Don’t give it to your baby after it expires.

Step 8

The frozen ice bricks are beautiful and convenient to use. Du's mother usually takes out two pieces and steams them for the baby to eat with rice paste. Sometimes she also puts them directly in the baby noodles and cooks them together because of the sweet taste of carrots. Du Bao always opens his mouth wide to wait for feeding and eats it cleanly. As a mother, seeing him love to eat is more gratifying than anything else~
