1. Exercise-induced birth

2. Walking method

4. Climb stairs

Doctors often tell expectant mothers whose due date has arrived but whose babies are still not moving to climb the stairs quickly. Why is this? Because climbing stairs can exercise the leg and buttocks muscles, allowing the fetus to enter the pelvis earlier and welcome the arrival of the first stage of labor. When going out normally, you can choose to climb the stairs of the apartment building. If you have the opportunity, you can take a walk in the mountains and forests, especially from 2 to 4 pm, when the trees release oxygen, which is a good time to replenish oxygen.
