The ability of young babies to metabolize salt is not sufficient, so it is best to add salt to babies over 14 months old. Flour and egg white can make all the ingredients stick together better. If you want it to be more chewy, you can use starch instead of flour. For babies who are allergic to egg white, water can be used instead of egg white. If water is used, some flour can be added appropriately. Place it in a container, flatten it, cover it with a plate and steam it for 10 minutes. After stirring vigorously, put all the ingredients into a container. To prevent sticking, you can put a piece of silicone baking paper in the container. After the water boils, put the container in to steam. To prevent the soda from flowing back, you can cover the container with a plate or wrap it with plastic wrap and poke some holes in it. Steam it on medium heat for 8-10 minutes. After steaming, take out and cut into pieces to enjoy. Let it cool slightly after steaming and then turn it upside down. It is easy to demould after putting silicone oil paper. After removing the oil paper, cut into your favorite shape and enjoy. This complementary food is not suitable for refrigeration after preparation. It is best to prepare as much high-protein food as you want and eat it right after it is prepared. If you really make a lot, you can only freeze it for 2 days. The taste will be reduced a lot after freezing. The frozen pea shrimp cake must be steamed again before eating. |
