How to massage a baby to reduce fever

When a child has a fever, parents always become anxious and don’t know how to solve the problem. 1. Open the Heaven Gate 100 times

Position: In a straight line from the middle of the eyebrows to the front hairline.

Technique: Pushing method - use the tip of your thumb to push in a straight line on the acupuncture point.

Operation: Push straight up with both thumbs alternately from bottom to top. Push 50 to 100 times.

Key points: The force should be gentle and even, and the pushing should be rhythmic, with a frequency of about 200 to 300 times per minute.

2. Push Kan Palace 100 times

Position: A horizontal line from the eyebrow to the eyebrow tip.

Operation: Use your two thumbs to push from the center of the eyebrows to the ends of the eyebrows, which is called "pushing the Kan Palace". Push 50 to 100 times.

3. Move the sun 100 times

Location: The intersection of the tip of the eyebrow and the extended line of the corner of the eye, and the depression behind the eyebrow.

Technique: Place the tip of the thumb or middle finger on a certain acupoint and push it in an arc or circular motion from one point to another. This is called the movement method. In this method, clockwise movement is used for tonification and counterclockwise movement is used for purgation.

Operation: Use the tip of the middle finger, which is called "moving the sun". Transport 50~100 times.

Function: Revitalize the mind and refresh the mind.

Key points: The movement should be light rather than heavy, slow rather than fast, and should be carried out in a spiral, friction and push on the surface of the body without engaging the deep muscle tissue. The appropriate frequency is 80 to 120 times per minute, and you should apply a little force towards the auricle when doing this.
