Why does my child always have nosebleeds?

1. The main causes of nosebleeds in children include dry nasal mucosa, dilated capillaries, nasal inflammation or irritation, which can easily lead to nosebleeds or various rhinitis, sinusitis, nasal tuberculosis, etc.; poor climatic conditions such as dry air, hot weather, and cold temperatures; some children have the bad habit of picking their noses with their hands, which can easily cause bleeding when the nasal mucosa is dry; being picky about food, not eating vegetables and other bad habits may also cause vitamin deficiency and lead to nosebleeds.

2. External injury is an important cause of nosebleeds in children. Children who are active and naughty may accidentally bump into hard objects and have nosebleeds. Also, teach your children not to pick their noses at will, as picking their noses may damage the nasal mucosa, leading to nosebleeds and rotting of the nasal mucosa.

3. Nasal septum deviation is a common cause and it is recommended to go to the ENT department for examination and diagnosis. For thrombocytopenia in the blood, it is recommended to check the blood routine. It may be a complication of other diseases. Parents must not take it lightly. At the same time, certain systemic diseases such as fever, hypertension, arteriosclerosis, leukemia, thrombocytopenic purpura, and anemia can cause nosebleeds.

4. Clinically, certain systemic diseases such as abnormal coagulation factors or tumors in the nasal cavity can also manifest themselves as "nosebleeds" in the early stages. If your baby often has nosebleeds for no reason, it may be a sign of certain diseases. You should take him to an ENT doctor to find out the real cause. Some medicines contain anticoagulant properties, which may cause nosebleeds during use. Babies with weak constitutions or those suffering from blood diseases such as leukemia and hemophilia are prone to nosebleeds.
