How to prepare children's nebulizer solution

Nebulizer therapy is a popular and effective treatment method in today's clinical medicine. It is mainly used to treat various types of respiratory or digestive diseases. For children, nebulizer therapy is a better treatment method. Of course, different potions are needed to treat different diseases. Next, I will introduce to you how to prepare potions for different types of diseases.

1. Asthma

Formula: 1. Hormone; 2. β2-receptor agonist; 3. Leukotriene receptor antagonist; 4. Theophylline; 5. Anticholine drug; 6. Anti-IgE monoclonal antibody; 7. Allergen extract.

Usage: Nebulizer inhalation, usually takes effect within minutes and the therapeutic effect can last for several hours. It is the first choice drug for relieving mild to moderate acute asthma symptoms and can also be used for exercise-induced asthma.

Salbutamol: Inhale 100-200 μg each time when asthma attacks, or 250-500 μg of terbutaline, and repeat every 20 minutes if necessary. If you are not satisfied with the treatment effect after 1 hour, you should consult a doctor or go to the emergency room.

2. Influenza, common cold, acute rhinitis

formula:

1. 5ml white vinegar + saline to 10ml;

2. 2ml of Isatis indigo root + 10ml of 1% ephedrine + 10ml of normal saline.

Usage: Nebulizer inhalation, 1-2 times a day.

3. Acute pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis

formula:

1. Gentomycin 80,000 units + dexamethasone 5 mg, add normal saline to 16 ml;

2. Add 0.3g of chloramphenicol to 15ml of normal saline;

3. Add 0.3g of erythromycin to 15ml of normal saline.

Usage: Nebulizer inhalation, 1-3 times a day, 3-5 days as a course of treatment. After the symptoms are relieved, reduce the dosage and stop taking the medicine after 2-3 days. If the condition is serious, other treatments should be combined.

4. Chronic pharyngitis, laryngitis, tracheitis, bronchitis

formula:

1. Gentamycin 80,000 units-milk proteinase 15 mg add normal saline to 15 ml;

2. 20% Tan Yi Jing 10ml + aminophylline 0.25g.

Usage: Nebulizer inhalation, 1-2 times a day, 10-15 minutes each time.
