If a child suffers from hypoxemia, the oxygen content in the blood is insufficient, and the lack of oxygen in the peripheral tissue blood circulation can also cause nutritional metabolic disorders in the nails, or cause the nails to be unable to grow healthily, and may also cause symptoms of depression.

4. Long-term cold stimulation of hands

Fingers that are in contact with cold water for a long time, direct immersion of the nails in cold water and spasm of peripheral blood vessels and poor blood circulation can also cause uneven nails. It is children’s nature to like playing with water. Parents should avoid their hands being stimulated by cold water for a long time. In addition to cold water, you should also keep warm in cold weather. Because children's bodies are still in the development stage, their ability to resist cold is relatively weak. If they are in an overly cold environment and are not kept warm enough, the cold will cause blood vessels to constrict, slow blood flow, and aggravate hypoxia in the fingertips.
