1. Not following the teacher’s ideas

If you can't keep up with the teacher's thoughts in class, your brain will be in a confused and empty state, which will make you fall asleep easily. As the saying goes, "Three minutes in class, ten years of hard work outside of class." If you want to get good grades, you have to concentrate on listening in class and try to learn as much as possible in get out of class. Don't wait until after class to study, as this will waste time.

2. The classroom is too stuffy

It is best to preview the content of the lesson before class. If you go to class with questions, you will naturally follow the teacher's train of thought.

Middle school students usually enter the classroom in the morning and will not leave unless there is something else until the get out of class is over at noon. Because the classroom was crowded and the air was not circulating, I felt a little short of oxygen after a long time and my head felt dizzy.

It is best for students to go out for a walk during breaks. If time does not permit, they can go to the window in the corridor to get some fresh air and wake themselves up.

3. Poor sleep quality. There are many factors that affect sleep:

1) Sound disturbance, such as lights outside the window, engine sounds near the road, car alarms in the community, people talking while eating supper, and the sound of clock gears.

2) Mentality. You cannot relax before going to bed and you keep thinking about things.

3) Eating too much.

4. Diet: According to experts, starch can help sleep. Therefore, you can consume more protein for breakfast and lunch, and less rice, noodles, potatoes and other starch-rich foods. A certain amount of hunger can also keep people awake.

5. In addition to sub-health, there are other possible factors:

1) White noise: It is the low-frequency sound produced by the rotation of the fan, which has a hypnotic effect.

2) The frequency of fluorescent lamps. If the frequency is too low, people will feel flickering and feel tired.

6. The teacher’s slow and gentle tone of voice also has a hypnotic effect.
