1. Hunger can cause calcium deficiency in the human body: If you are hungry for a long time, or go to bed hungry, there is no calcium supplement in the stomach and intestines, the body will break down bone calcium, calcium will be severely lost, and it is easy to get osteoporosis in the elderly.

2. Abnormal sleeping hours and prone to insomnia: Going to bed on an empty stomach will make you feel hungry, which can cause insomnia. It is also possible that even if you fall asleep, you will not enter deep sleep and will feel very tired the next day. Maybe you don’t feel that way.

3. Prone to stomach problems: The stomach and intestines must be treated well and should not be kept empty for more than 10 hours. If you do not eat at night, it is equivalent to noon to the next morning. During this period, the stomach and intestines are in a state of being eroded by stomach acid for a long time, and it is easy to get stomach problems.
