So how to make a schedule for children?

The child's "biological clock" is in the stage of adjustment and gradual stabilization. Parents should pay attention to cultivating their children's good learning habits and help them establish a reasonable schedule to adapt to the characteristics and laws of the cerebral cortex's functional activities.

When arranging rest time during the learning process, it is best to study for one hour and rest for ten minutes. Only by alternating study and rest can learning efficiency be improved.

When children are unwilling to study because they want to rest, parents should decisively change the comfortable atmosphere so that the reluctant children can change their minds and go back to the study to study. For example, when a mother is watching TV with her child, she should stand up resolutely and say, "Oh! I have to do housework!" The child will definitely not be in the mood to watch TV and will automatically go to the study to read.

Parents do not have to completely forbid their children from watching TV. Instead, they should make an agreement with their children to watch TV, but with the condition that they must concentrate on reading for an hour or thirty minutes before the TV starts. Children are also willing to accept this reading time arrangement, which also helps to cultivate good reading habits in children and avoid procrastination in learning.

"Only if you rest well can you study well." Children should be given enough sleep, otherwise it will directly affect their physical health and learning efficiency. In summer, it is important to arrange a good lunch break time for your child, because lunch break is particularly important to ensure learning efficiency in the afternoon, and it can also make up for lack of sleep at night.

Taking breaks between study sessions can eliminate fatigue, relax the tension during study, and improve the efficiency of the next stage of study. Therefore, children must completely leave the reading environment when they are taking a break. No matter how short the break is, the most important thing is to leave the desk. Don't deal with many trivial things during your rest time. When you rest, you should really relax.

"Pulling late nights" is not a good idea. Some parents urge their children to study, especially before each exam, and make them watch their children until midnight. Pulling late nights to study will disrupt the functions of various body systems, especially the nervous and digestive systems, and affect the physical and mental health of children.
