Redness around the child's anus

Redness around the child's anus

Redness around the child's anus may be caused by getting angry, or it may be caused by symptoms of eczema or anal warts. We should pay attention to the hygiene of the anus, check the cause of the disease, and treat it in time. If the redness around the child's anus is due to infection, we should clean the anus, apply medication, and change into clean and comfortable clothes.

Reasons for redness around the baby's anus

1. Caused by getting angry

Normally, the baby's anus is pink, but when there is internal heat in the large intestine, the baby's anus will turn red. The darker the color, the greater the internal heat in the baby's body. If you find that the area around the baby's anus is red, it may be a factor of internal heat. You should eat more fruits or vegetables that can reduce internal heat, and try to choose white radish juice, pear juice, etc.

2. Improper butt cleaning

Some new mothers lack experience in caring for their babies. If they do not clean their baby's buttocks in time or clean them excessively, the natural sebum membrane on the baby's buttocks will be easily damaged, giving dirt and bacteria an opportunity to take advantage. When bathing your baby, be sure to be moderate, try to choose warm water, keep the baby's buttocks dry, and try to apply diaper cream after washing the baby's buttocks.

3. Not changing diapers in time

Babies absorb food quickly and excrete more, they need to urinate about ten times a day. If the diaper is not changed in time after each urination, it is easy for the buttocks to be in a humid and stuffy environment for a long time, coupled with lack of ventilation, which can lead to diaper rash. It is recommended to check the child's diaper every hour. If the child urinates or defecates, change it in time. Clean the baby's bottom every time you change the diaper.

4. Caused by baby diarrhea

When the baby's abdomen gets cold or has allergies, it is easy to cause diarrhea. A large amount of excreted feces and some irritants in urine can easily cause redness of the buttocks. If the baby has diarrhea, be sure to clean the skin.

5. Caused by allergies

Some babies have allergic skin. If they use diapers with high levels of chemical fiber ingredients or frequently use laundry detergents with irritating ingredients, it is easy to cause allergies on the baby's buttocks, resulting in redness around the anus. Try not to use diapers with chemical fiber ingredients and irritating detergents for your children in your life.

What to do if the baby's anus is red

1. Wash your baby's butt frequently

(1) Reason:

Excessive cleaning will destroy the natural sebum protective film on the baby's butt, giving bacteria and dirt an opportunity to enter.

(2) Recommendations:

Every time after your baby has a bowel movement or changes his diaper, wash it with warm water, blot it dry, and then apply some vegetable oil. Do not use soap to wash your buttocks.

(3) Reminder:

When parents clean their baby's buttocks, they should use their hands with water to clean it gently instead of wiping the buttocks directly with a towel. After cleaning, they should gently dry it with a towel.

2. Eat heat-removing fruits and vegetables

(1) Reason:

When there is heat in the baby's intestines, the area around the anus will also turn red. The darker the color, the greater the heat in the baby's body.

(2) Recommendations:

Once you find that the area around your baby's anus is red, you should give your baby some vegetables or fruits that can remove heat.

(3) Reminder:

Generally, shredded pears and shredded white radish are used to extract the juice for the baby to drink, which is very effective.

3. Scrub with tea water

(1) Reason:

The tea polyphenols contained in tea are water-soluble substances. Using them to cleanse the skin can remove oiliness, tighten pores, and have the effect of disinfection and sterilization.

(2) Recommendations:

If you find that the area around your baby's anus is red, you can use used tea to clean his or her butt.

(3) Reminder:

After washing with tea water and drying, apply a layer of diaper cream to protect the skin.
