What to do when your child has a migraine

Ingredients: 9 grams of Cyperus rotundus, 3 grams of rose, 6 grams of Angelica dahurica, 100 grams of polished rice (or glutinous rice), and appropriate amount of white sugar.

Preparation and usage: Put Cyperus rotundus and Angelica dahurica into a pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil and remove the residue to take the juice. Put the medicinal juice and washed glutinous rice into a pot and add appropriate amount of water to cook porridge. After the rice is cooked, add rose flowers and appropriate amount of white sugar into the pot, then simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes. This recipe can be taken once a day.
