Urinary incontinence is a very common disease. This type of disease is very harmful to human health. After suffering from this disease, timely treatment is needed, otherwise it will cause more damage to all aspects of the human body. There are many reasons for urinary incontinence, which is generally caused by too much heat, so there will be such a phenomenon. What is the reason for urinary incontinence in children? Many people don’t know much about this.
Many people are not very clear about urinary incontinence in children. When children experience this condition, timely improvement is needed, otherwise it will cause great harm to the children in all aspects, especially to their growth. Urinary incontinence in children: The clinical manifestations of urinary incontinence can be divided into five categories: overflow incontinence, non-resistance incontinence, reflex incontinence, urge incontinence and stress incontinence. Overflow incontinence is caused by urinary retention due to severe mechanical (such as prostatic hyperplasia) or functional obstruction of the lower urinary tract. When the intra-bladder pressure rises to a certain level and exceeds the urethral resistance, urine continuously drips out of the urethra. In these patients, the bladder is distended. Non-resistance urinary incontinence is due to the complete loss of urethral resistance, the bladder cannot store urine, and all urine flows out of the urethra when the patient stands. Reflex incontinence is caused by a complete upper motor neuron lesion. Urinating depends on a spinal reflex. The patient urinates intermittently (intermittent incontinence) involuntarily and has no feeling of urination. Urge urinary incontinence can be caused by strong local stimulation such as partial upper motor neuron disease or acute cystitis, and patients have very serious symptoms of frequent urination and urgency. Urinary incontinence occurs due to strong, uninhibited contractions of the detrusor muscle. Stress urinary incontinence is the leakage of urine from the urethra when abdominal pressure increases (such as when coughing, sneezing, climbing stairs, or running). The causes of this type of urinary incontinence are complex and require detailed examination. Through the above introduction, we have a good understanding of children's urinary incontinence. When such a situation occurs, children should be taken to the hospital for examination in time so that we can understand the specific reasons why children have such problems. During treatment, we also know what methods to choose so that children's urinary incontinence can be well treated. |
