Are baby's feet cold?

Infants and young children have relatively low resistance to infection. When the weather turns cold, you will find that their hands and feet are cold. This means that the baby's feet are still a little afraid of cold. You must pay attention to keeping their bodies warm to avoid more serious inflammatory changes. Some babies will show symptoms of a cold if their feet are not kept warm, such as signs of coughing and fever.

1. Improper lying position causes difficulty breathing in the lungs or bronchial tubes. Shortness of breath and tears are symptoms of difficulty breathing.

2. Children cough more often at night, which is related to pharyngitis, dryness and itching that irritate the respiratory mucosa.

3. Problems with indoor ventilation. In order to prevent the baby from catching a cold, parents may close the doors and windows when they go to bed at night, which makes the indoor air bad and the baby will cough violently at night.

4. Due to the indoor temperature, it is hot in summer and cold in winter. Many people turn on the air conditioner when they sleep at night, which causes the baby to cough at night.

A disorder that causes a nighttime cough, such as an allergy cough. Allergic cough is a persistent or recurrent severe cough, which is mostly paroxysmal and more obvious in the morning. The cough worsens when the baby is active or crying. Children tend to sneeze and cough when exposed to cold air, but with very little sputum. Coughing at night is more severe than during the day and lasts longer, usually lasting for 3 months, more often during the pollen season.

There are many reasons why babies cough at night. As parents, you must pay more attention. If there is no improvement for a long time, you must go to the hospital for treatment in time. Of course, you cannot use medication blindly, as this will affect the baby's growth and development. It is best to let your baby drink more water.

It is very common for babies to snore during infancy. This is not only related to the structural characteristics of their upper respiratory tract, but also has many different reasons. Only by targeting different reasons can the correct treatment be found.

1. If your baby’s snoring is not caused by problems with his nose, you should check whether the pillow is unsuitable. Some babies snore because the position of their head and neck is not coordinated when they sleep. It is recommended to make a pillow with millet, make a nest in the middle, and let the child lie flat.

2. There may be phlegm in the throat or trachea. Babies cannot spit out, so the secretions when they are sick remain in the trachea, causing snoring while they sleep. It will go away slowly. If you are worried, you can take some anti-inflammatory drugs.

3. Some newborn babies sometimes snore. This is due to choking. Some babies have milk clots in their throats. On the one hand, it makes it difficult for the baby to feed smoothly. On the other hand, it makes the airway obstructed, causing the baby to snore while sleeping. After the mother feeds the baby, she should not put the baby down to sleep immediately, but should hold him up and pat his back gently to prevent the baby from snoring due to milk accumulation. If the milk clots are severe and have affected breastfeeding, you only need to drop 1 to 2 drops of saline solution into the nasal cavity to dilute the milk clots.

4. The respiratory tract of obese children is filled with fat, making breathing difficult. When the vibration frequency between the soft palate and the throat wall exceeds 30 Hz, snoring will occur. At this time, you should lose weight scientifically and healthily without affecting your health or reducing your resistance. Baby coughing at night
