What's the matter with the small granules on the child's back?

Children in their early childhood are very prone to diseases, because their resistance and immunity at this stage cannot be compared with those of adults. Small grains on the back of children are a common disease in children. Many parents do not know what causes this condition in their children. So, what is the reason for small grains on the back of children?

First, what's the matter with the small particles on the child's back? Generally speaking, those on the back are acne. Sometimes, acne may appear on the back if the child does not wash thoroughly after bathing. This shows that the child's skin is not very good and is easily irritated. When bathing, use a weakly acidic shower gel or soap, or a baby-type shower gel with less irritation. It could also be prickly heat. Generally speaking, prickly heat is most likely to occur on children, but some adults with delicate skin, obesity, excessive sweating, or weak constitution may also develop prickly heat. Except for areas with thicker skin such as the soles of the feet and palms, prickly heat can occur on any part of the body. To prevent prickly heat, you should pay attention to skin hygiene, take a bath and change clothes frequently. People who are prone to prickly heat should dry themselves after taking a shower and then apply a little talcum powder or prickly heat powder. Don't play under the scorching sun, don't overeat, and eat less sugar and high-fat foods, all of which can prevent the occurrence of prickly heat.

Second, due to the high temperature and humidity in the environment, excessive sweating is not easy to evaporate, and the sweat soaks the stratum corneum of the epidermis, causing the opening of the sweat gland duct to narrow or become blocked. After sweat is retained in the sweat gland duct, it ruptures due to increased internal pressure. The overflowing sweat penetrates and stimulates the surrounding tissues, causing papules, papulovesicles and small blisters to appear at the sweat pores. Bacterial multiplication and toxin production can aggravate the inflammatory response. Some people believe that the blockage of sweat pores is due to primary staphylococcal infection, while others believe that the occurrence of prickly heat has nothing to do with excessive sweating, but is related to the massive proliferation of micrococci on the skin surface.

Why do children have small pimples on their backs? It is also called white prickly heat, which is caused by the overflow of sweat in the stratum corneum or the sweat ducts under the stratum corneum. It is common in patients with high fever, heavy sweating, long-term bed rest, and excessive weakness. The skin lesions are superficial small blisters ranging in size from the tip of a needle to the head of a needle, with thin and clear walls, no redness around them, which break easily with slight rubbing and leave tiny scales after drying. It is self-limited and generally asymptomatic. The diagnosis is not difficult because the rash occurs in hot environments, often in wrinkles, and is densely distributed as papules or non-inflammatory blisters. It increases significantly after sweating, and the subjective symptoms are not obvious. It improves when the weather turns cooler. Sometimes it needs to be differentiated from summer dermatitis. The latter has obvious seasonality in its onset, and the rash is papules and papulovesicles on a large erythematous basis, with severe itching.
