What's wrong with the pimples on the child's body?

Every child is the focus of the entire family, because children in early childhood have relatively poor resistance and immunity, and their ability to resist diseases cannot be compared with adults. The growth of spots on children's bodies is a very common disease, and many parents do not know what causes this disease in their children. So, what's the matter with the pimples growing on the child's body?

First, what are the reasons for the oil particles on children's bodies? The appearance of oil particles is mostly due to some endocrine disorders in the recent period, which leads to excessive oil secretion on the face. In addition, the skin is not thoroughly cleaned, resulting in clogged pores and quick formation of fat particles. Newborns will experience false menstruation and some white secretions, which can be washed away with clean water. If it is fat particles, you don’t need to worry about it, it will disappear naturally. Wash your baby’s face with warm water at ordinary times. It could also be eczema. Eczema is a skin inflammatory reaction with severe itching caused by a variety of internal and external factors. It is divided into three stages: acute, subacute and chronic. The acute phase has an exudative tendency, while the chronic phase has infiltration and hypertrophy. Some patients directly present with chronic eczema. The skin lesions are characterized by polymorphism, symmetry, itching and easy recurrence.

Second, eczema, commonly known as milk ringworm, is a common allergic skin inflammation caused by internal and external factors. Repeated attacks cause unbearable itching in infants and young children, seriously affecting the baby's sleep and growth and development. It is the most common skin disease in infancy. The vast majority of infant and young child eczema can be cured, and only a few will continue into adulthood. Children should take a bath every day to keep their skin clean and moisturized, but the water temperature should not be too high and chemical bath products should be used as little as possible. For exudative and dry eczema, if there is no ulceration on the surface, the child should be given some non-irritating moisturizers, such as Yumeijing Children's Cream, silicone cream, etc. for external use to play a moisturizing role. If the moisturizer cannot improve the symptoms and the skin lesions continue to worsen, a weak corticosteroid ointment can be chosen for external use.

What's wrong with the pimples on a child's body? For severe eczema, you can apply topical corticosteroid cream for a short period of time, which has obvious anti-inflammatory and antipruritic effects. Be careful to avoid long-term and high-dose use to avoid side effects. When it comes to corticosteroids, parents don't have to worry too much. In the current treatment of moderate to severe infant eczema, corticosteroid ointment is the main topical medication. It is safe as long as it is used selectively and intermittently under the guidance of a specialist. Note that the corticosteroid ointment can be discontinued when the skin lesions disappear, but the use of moisturizers should not be interrupted. Persistent use of moisturizers can improve skin barrier function, reduce the dosage of corticosteroid ointment, and reduce recurrence. If the local ulcer is infected, antibiotic ointment needs to be applied locally for anti-inflammatory treatment. For severely ill infants and young children with large skin lesions, exudation, erosion and thick scabs, they can be bathed or wet-applied with Chinese herbal medicine that clears heat, detoxifies and astringes to dry them. After removing the scabs, corticosteroids can be added to quickly relieve symptoms. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the main cause of eczema is damp heat, so the early stages of treatment are mainly focused on clearing heat, detoxifying and removing dampness. Bitter and cold products such as Coptis chinensis Detoxification Decoction, Wuwei Xiaodu Drink, Sophora flavescens, and Antelope Horn are often used. For infants and young children, appropriate stomach-protecting products can be added to dispel evil and strengthen the body, which is beneficial to the disease. You can first use Huanglian Jiedu Decoction. Once the condition is relieved, remove the bitter, cold and direct-breaking ingredients such as Gardenia, Scutellaria, Phellodendron, and Coptis chinensis to prevent the bitter and dry ingredients such as Scutellaria, Phellodendron, and Phellodendron from damaging the stomach. And add stomach-protecting products such as coix seed, poria cocos, malt, etc. As the disease improves, the dosage of medicine should be reduced; as the evil is gone, the body's health will be strengthened.
