Main foods: porridge, pasta (noodles, dough, buns, dumplings, wontons, etc.), and soft rice.

Supplementary food: breast milk/formula milk, boiled water, cod liver oil (the ratio of vitamin A and vitamin D is 3:1), fruit juice, vegetable juice, vegetable soup, meat soup, rice noodles (paste), teething food, vegetable puree, fruit, minced meat (loose), chopped vegetables, liver puree, animal blood, soy products, steamed eggs, steamed buns, bread, snacks (homemade cakes, etc.).

morning:

6:00 Breastfeed for 10-20 minutes/200 ml of milk or formula milk, 30 g of vegetable puree;

8:00 Feed teething food/snacks, 100-120 ml vegetable/meat soup, 1-3 pieces of fruit;

10:00 Feed a small bowl of porridge (with meat floss, vegetable puree, chopped vegetables, etc.), half an egg, 2 biscuits/a small piece of steamed bun;

12:00 Feed minced meat/chopped vegetables/tofu/animal blood/liver 30-60g, warm water/fruit juice/vegetable juice/100-120ml;

afternoon:

16:00 Feed teething food/snacks, 1-3 pieces of fruit, 100-200 ml of warm water/fruit juice/vegetable juice;

18:00 Feed a small bowl of noodles/dough slices/3-5 small dumplings/5-7 small wontons, 30-50 grams of tofu/animal blood/liver/meat/chopped vegetables, and 50-100 ml of broth;

at night:

20:00: Feed a small piece of steamed bun/cake/bread, some teething food, and 100-120 ml of warm water/fruit juice/vegetable juice;

22:00: Feed breast milk for 10-20 minutes/200 ml of milk or formula milk;

Note: Take cod liver oil once a day, 400μ each time.
