At this time, he needs to replenish enough water, drink more water, eat more fresh fruits and vegetables, such as watermelon juice, fresh pear juice, fresh orange juice and tomato juice; eat more leafy vegetables, such as cabbage, celery, spinach, bean sprouts. Leafy vegetables contain more crude fiber, which can help clear heat from the body and facilitate bowel movements. You can also eat winter melon and cucumber, which can clear away heat and dampness.
