Children's character formation period

Children's character formation period

Children's growth requires parents to be by their side all the time, especially when their character is being formed. Parents should pay attention to the changes in their children and provide timely guidance and help for their emotions and thoughts. Children will encounter some setbacks when growing up, and parents should give them full understanding and tolerance, so that children can form a better character.

1. Let your baby interact with more peers and exercise himself.

Parents should let children with weak personalities often hang out with brave friends, and let them do things that they would not dare to do normally. They will be influenced by what they see and hear, and gradually be trained.

2. Let children learn to live and control themselves.

Some parents are too indulgent towards their children and do not let them do anything. This deprives children of the opportunity to express themselves and leads to the atrophy of their ability to live independently. When children encounter difficulties in life and study, adults should not take over and replace them. Let the children overcome and defeat them by themselves, and only lend a helping hand when necessary. We should cultivate children's spirit of overcoming difficulties. To cultivate children's strong will, we must encourage them to overcome difficulties, such as encouraging them to go to school in the rain or snow, climb mountains, and exercise in cold weather.

3. Respect your children and don’t expose their shortcomings in public.

Relatively speaking, babies with weak personalities are more introverted and emotionally fragile, so parents should pay special attention to protecting their babies' self-esteem. If you expose your baby's shortcomings in public, it will damage his dignity, and the invisible negative stimulation may strengthen his weaknesses.

4. Let your baby speak boldly.

To achieve this, the effort still lies with the parents. First of all, parents should be patient and not beat, scold, or force their babies to speak in person. Secondly, you can invite some babies of the same age and those with weak personalities to participate in group activities. At this time, parents can guide them from the side or simply stay away to give them a free and unrestrained language space. In addition, parents can often take their babies to places with open views and space and encourage them to express themselves loudly.
