What mattress is better for children?

Sleeping is something that every one of us needs to do every day. Experts point out that each person should need about eight hours of sleep a day. However, to ensure a good sleep, having a comfortable mattress is extremely important, not only for adults, but also for growing children. Because it not only affects sleep quality, but also physical development. If the mattress is too hard, the child will be uncomfortable lying on it; if it is too soft, it will cause bone deformities in the child. As parents, what kind of mattress do we need to choose?

In terms of age groups:

1. 0-1 years old. Relatively speaking, children of this age are little babies who have just come into this world, so their spines are still very soft and in a straight line. This is different from adults, whose spines are S-shaped. Therefore, it is recommended that the baby sleep on a flat mat, which is relatively harder. Adding a soft mat on top will improve the overall comfort.

2. 1-6 years old. If the child is at this stage, if the child is younger, they will sleep with their parents, if they are a little older, they will start to sleep alone. At this time, the child's spine is fully developed, but it is still relatively tender. In addition, children at this stage are relatively light, so it is not appropriate to let them sleep on adult mattresses. It is recommended to put a small latex mat with moderate hardness for the children.

3. 6-15 years old. Generally speaking, children's bodies begin to change at this age, and their spines are prone to deformation. At this age, children weigh more than 30kg. Then you can choose a double-sided mat with moderate hardness and softness, one side is latex and the other side is jute. In this way, you can use it according to the weight of different children. If the weight is >45kg, you can choose a special children's spring mattress.

4. After the age of 15, generally speaking, the bones of children at this age tend to be mature, and their weight will be greater than 45KG at this time. So at this time the child has weight, so it is more appropriate to choose a spring mattress to better support the child's spine.

Children are the future of the motherland, and parents must pay attention to the choice of mattresses.
