Why do you wet the bed?

Why do you wet the bed?

There are various reasons that can lead to bed-wetting, some are physiological reasons, and some are pathological reasons, so if you want to solve them effectively, you should pay attention to the analysis of these reasons. For example, some people suffer from delayed development of the neuroendocrine system, which can also cause urge urinary incontinence, bed-wetting due to sleep reasons, or incomplete urination control after falling asleep.

First: The patient's neuroendocrine system is underdeveloped, as shown in the following:

(1) Detrusor instability or low-compliance bladder, reduced bladder functional capacity, patients often experience frequent urination, urgency, and even urge incontinence during the day or before bedtime.

(2) The bladder filling and contraction sensing function is incomplete, and the bladder filling and contraction fail to wake the patient.

(3) Insufficient urethral closure function, that is, unstable urethra.

(4) Insufficient secretion of antidiuretic hormone (ADH) from the pituitary gland leads to increased urine volume at night.

Second: Bedwetting caused by sleep

In the early days, it was generally believed that enuresis was caused by deep sleep and a high awakening threshold. In fact, enuresis has nothing to do with the depth of sleep, and enuresis does not occur during deep sleep. A large number of nocturnal continuous EEG studies have shown that:

(1) Arousal dysfunction is an important cause of enuresis. Impaired perception of bladder filling and contraction and excessive fatigue leading to deep sleep can lead to arousal disorders.

(2) The incomplete urination control function is more significant after falling asleep, indicating that the delayed development of urination control function plays an important role in the occurrence of enuresis.

(3) The sleep cycle of patients with enuresis is in a disordered state, and it is more obvious for patients who are often woken up at night. The treatment mechanism of Enuresis Rehabilitation Decoction: It gives full play to the essence of traditional Chinese medicine treatment. Through the combined effect of drugs, it regulates the autonomic nervous function and balances the secretion of diuretic hormone and antidiuretic hormone. It can effectively improve the symptoms of kidney deficiency and bladder deficiency and coldness, improve the control of urinary sphincter, and fundamentally treat children's bedwetting and adults' enuresis. At the same time, Bedwetting Rehabilitation Decoction completely eliminates various side effects brought by Western medicine treatment, and the effect is completely reliable and will not recur!
