Press and rub the Renying point (located 2 cm on both sides of the Adam's apple). Use your index finger and thumb to press and rub the Renying points on both sides 100 times at the same time. Use gentle techniques and it is best to feel a sore and swollen feeling. Press the Lianquan and Yifeng points with the tip of your middle finger, vibrating each for 1 to 2 minutes. One course of treatment is 10 times. Generally, 1-3 courses of treatment can achieve significant results or complete recovery.

The symptoms of chronic pharyngitis are generally caused by bad living habits. If you stay up late and drink alcohol for a long time, the symptoms will be aggravated.
