Decoction: 120 grams of Saposhnikovia divaricata, 100 grams of Schizonepeta tenuifolia, 120 grams of Perilla frutescens, 150 grams of raw Astragalus membranaceus, 60 grams of roasted ginger, 100 grams of raw Eucommia ulmoides, 100 grams of Poria cocos, 100 grams of stir-fried Atractylodes macrocephala, 60 grams of floating wheat, 30 grams of Black Aconite root, 100 grams of White Peony Root, and 60 grams of roasted Licorice root. 2. Principles of adding and subtracting medication: For those with fever, hot flashes, and dryness, remove black aconite root, roasted ginger, schizonepeta spicate, and atractylodes; for those with excessive yang heat, add coptis chinensis, wine mulberry, and chicken gizzard lining to clear heat, aid digestion, and stimulate appetite; for those with yin deficiency, add ophiopogon japonicus, anemarrhena asphodeloides, and dendrobium to nourish yin and relieve restlessness; for those with yin deficiency and heat, add coptis chinensis and moutan bark to clear the deficiency heat. 6. Dosage: Mix with warm water, 2 spoons at a time (about 10 ml/spoon), once in the morning and once in the evening after meals in the first 2 weeks, once after lunch in the 3rd to 4th week, and then once after lunch every other day, and continue for 3 weeks to 1 month. 7. Efficacy: Warms the middle and dispels cold, replenishes Qi and strengthens the exterior. 8. Note: This prescription is warm in nature and is not suitable for children with Yang excess and heat, or Yin deficiency and heat.
