Your baby has a fever, you should treat it like this

Babies are most easily affected when seasons change, especially in the hot summer when babies can easily get a fever and get angry. In such cases, babies will have a poor appetite, lose appetite, become irritable and cry, etc. At this time, mothers can make some adjustments to the baby in daily life to relieve the discomfort caused by the baby's fever. There are the following points about the daily adjustment of the baby's fever:

Conditioning method 1: Control the room temperature.

A simple and effective way to treat a child's fever is to control the room temperature. It is better if the temperature can be kept constant. It is generally recommended to adjust the room temperature to around 24°C. A few patients need to be placed in an air-conditioned room at 20°C so that the body temperature can slowly drop. After the fever subsided, the child's appetite gradually recovered, his sleep improved, and he no longer cried or became restless.

Conditioning method 2: Pay attention to the ventilation of the room and keep the air fresh

Dress your child in soft, loose clothes and keep his skin clean and hygienic. Physical cooling can also be performed, such as using a warm water bath. Because a warm water bath can dilate the capillaries on the surface of children's skin, speed up blood flow, and accelerate heat dissipation, thereby achieving the purpose of lowering body temperature. The water temperature can be controlled at 34℃~36℃, wash for 20 minutes each time, and wash 2~3 times a day.

Conditioning method three: Diet adjustment

The diet should be light, nutritious and easy to digest. Eat more high-protein, phospholipid-rich foods, such as lean meat, fish, egg yolks, etc., and also eat more fresh vegetables and fruits rich in vitamin C. Encourage your baby to drink more warm boiled water to facilitate urination. Watermelon juice has a good cooling effect and can be given to your baby every day. Babies who are bottle-fed can reduce the amount of milk appropriately, and the formula milk can be diluted. Babies who are adding complementary foods should not add new varieties at this time, but can try to change the variety based on the original varieties. Babies who eat the same diet as adults should be cooked light, delicious, and crispy meals separately.

Conditioning method 4: Gentle fire powder

Prepare some common medicines at home, such as Qixing Tea. Seven Star Tea is currently the mildest antipyretic for children. As a special medicine for children with internal heat, San Gongzai Children's Seven Star Tea contains seven ingredients including coix seed, hawthorn, rice sprout, loquat leaf, Uncaria rhynchophylla, cicada shell, and licorice. The scientific blend of several medicinal materials can not only reduce internal heat, but also is not likely to cause damage to the spleen and stomach.
