1. Acupoints: Lung Meridian (Lung Metal)

Location: palm of ring finger.

Procedure: ① To nourish the lung meridian: rotate and push on the surface of the ring finger, see the middle picture, and nourish about 200 to 400 times.

② Clear the lung meridian: Push straight toward the direction of the finger base, see the picture on the right, clear 200 to 400 times.

Indications: fever, cough, asthma, chest tightness, sore throat, etc.

Qing Tianhe Water (Push from the middle of the inner side of the forearm to the wrist crease to the elbow crease) 100 times,

2. Acupuncture point: Tianhe Water

Location: In the middle of the inner side of the forearm, in a straight line from the wrist crease to the hour crease.

Operation: Use the index and middle fingertips to push from the wrist crease to the elbow crease, see figure.

Push about 100 to 500 times.

Indications: fever, irritability, thirst, mouth ulcers, convulsions and other fever symptoms.

Open Tianmen (push from the center of the child’s eyebrows to the front edge of the hairline) 100 times.

3. Due to the different physical constitutions of children, the changes in their conditions are more complicated, so pediatric massage must be identified and treated in combination with differences in seasons, climate and symptom manifestations. In addition, children should pay attention to adding or removing clothes as the weather changes to prevent colds and fevers. It is spring now, the weather changes greatly and the daily temperature difference is also large. Parents must add or remove clothes for their children in time to prevent colds. Pay attention to proper feeding and avoid overeating greasy food to avoid food stagnation, which may cause fever. When you have a fever, you should drink plenty of water and eat a light diet.

4. Generally speaking, an acute fever takes 1 to 3 days to recover. Children with long-term low-grade fever and poor response to medication will need a relatively longer treatment time, because the treatment of children with long-term low-grade fever generally needs to start with the root cause of the disease.
