Why is the little boy's genitals itchy?

Genital health is an issue that cannot be ignored in people's lives, because genital health is relatively fragile and can be easily affected by various adverse factors and cause diseases, causing great damage to people's lives. Genital health problems are more common among children, especially little boys, who have the highest incidence rate because their awareness of hygiene is relatively low. Let's take a look at why little boys have itchy genitals?

Itching in boys' genitals is generally a simple hygiene issue and there is no need to worry too much. You can use sulfur soap to clean thoroughly and repeatedly when taking a bath, which can usually solve the itching problem. If the itching is severe, you can dilute gentamicin injection and scrub your genitals with it. After washing, dry it and then put on clothes. Keep your genitals dry. The symptoms can be eliminated after a few times.

1. Eczema. From a clinical perspective, the most common cause of genital itching in men is eczema, which is mainly caused by sweat and unclean stimulation. Next, consider tinea cruris. It is recommended to develop good hygiene habits, wash the pubic and buttocks area every day to keep the area clean; change underwear frequently, and wash and dry clothes and quilts frequently to facilitate recovery. Avoid eating spicy and irritating foods and hair-raising foods, quit smoking and drinking, and eat a light diet.

2. Scrotitis. In addition, some patients with scrotitis will also experience symptoms of itching in the lower body, and the scrotum will also experience changes such as dryness and desquamation, accompanied by itching.

3. Dermatitis. Dermatitis is also a common scrotal skin disease that causes itching in men's genitals. The cause may be related to the lack of B vitamins in the diet.

4. For balanitis, clean the glans penis and foreskin with normal saline or 0.1% levanol flushing solution to remove dirt. Generally, treatment should be continued for more than 1 week after the symptoms disappear.

5. Considering the high possibility of allergy, it is recommended to actively stop using the product, and appropriate anti-allergic drugs can be used for treatment, such as loratadine or cetirizine, vitamin C, calcium gluconate, prednisone, etc.
