Ingredients: 50g apple, 50g rice

2. Apple Honey Porridge

Ingredients: 1 cup of white rice, 1 apple, 2 tablespoons of raisins, water, 4 tablespoons of honey

2. Add 10 cups of water to a pot and bring to a boil. Add rice and apples. Continue to cook until boiling, stirring slightly. Then simmer over medium-low heat for 40 minutes.

3. Put raisins in a bowl and pour in boiling porridge. When the temperature of the porridge cools down to below 40℃, add honey into the porridge, mix well and it is ready to eat.

3. White Fungus, Apple and Lean Meat Porridge

1. Wash the white fungus, peel it into small pieces, wash the red apple, remove the seeds, and cut it into 16 pieces. Wash the lean pork, cut it into slices about 1 cm thick, and mix it with a little cornstarch for later use.

2. Take a deep pot, add 6 cups of water and 3 cups of rice, bring to a boil over low heat, add white fungus and red apples and continue cooking for 15 minutes, then add lean pork and wolfberry and continue cooking for 10 minutes, then add seasoning and mix well.

4. Apple Oatmeal

Ingredients: oats, milk, water, apples, salt

practice:

1. Wash, peel and core the apples, and cut into 1 cm square pieces.

2. Then pour all the ingredients into the slow cooker and stir slightly to mix well.

3. Cover the pot and cook on low setting for 6-8 hours.
