What are the characteristics of children with ADHD?

Parents must observe their children's living conditions in their lives, such as their children's ADHD problems. If their children often act impulsively or carelessly, cannot control themselves effectively, make noises, etc., parents must be vigilant about these phenomena.

1. Children with ADHD have few hobbies and interests. Even if they use their favorite game consoles or children's TV programs, they cannot concentrate on them. However, naughty children are completely different. Not only can they concentrate on the activities they are interested in, but they also hate the interference and influence of others.

2. The actions of children with ADHD are impulsive, disorganized, and have no beginning or end. For example, they cannot concentrate when doing homework, and they do it half-heartedly and carelessly. They start things but never finish them, often give up halfway or change them frequently. The behavior of naughty children has a certain purpose and is planned and arranged.

3. Children with ADHD have poor self-control. No matter what the occasion, they are always busy and noisy. For example, they cannot sit still in the classroom and often twist or stand up in their seats. In serious cases, they leave their seats and walk around, or leave the classroom without permission. They talk a lot, make noise, interrupt, and cause trouble, affecting classroom discipline in order to attract other people's attention. Naughty children are not like this. They can behave themselves in unfamiliar environments and serious occasions, dare not make trouble, and have strong self-control. Therefore, don’t assume that your child has ADHD when you see him/her being hyperactive. Labeling naughty children as having ADHD will only bring them unnecessary psychological pressure. If you cannot distinguish them yourself, you can go to a specialist hospital and let a doctor identify them.
