Solutions for baby's breathing difficulties

Solutions for baby's breathing difficulties

Parents can understand and judge the baby's physical condition through the sound of his panting, because we all know that children's breathing rate is actually faster and more rapid than that of adults. However, it cannot be ruled out that it is caused by pneumonia or other diseases. If it is caused by some diseases, then such a condition will have more impact on the baby's health. Therefore, when parents face this problem, they must pay attention to solving it quickly and effectively.

Simple home first aid method:

Method 1: Back tapping method (suitable for babies under 1 year old)

Step 1: Turn the baby into a prone position and place him/her astride one arm of the rescuer, with the baby's head lower than the torso. Hold the baby's jaw firmly with your hand to support the head, and place the forearm on your thigh.

Step 2: Use the base of your other hand to tap the baby's back between the shoulder blades 4-6 times.

Step 3: Place the tapping hand on the baby's back, hold the back of the baby's head and neck with your fingers, place the baby between your two hands, and turn the baby upside down into a supine position.

Step 4: Lower the head to the torso, place the rescuer's forearms on the thighs, and use two fingers of the other hand to impact the baby's chest 4 times (place 3 fingers on the midline of the chest, align the index finger with the nipple line, lift the index finger, and press down 2-3 cm with the middle finger and ring finger).

The baby's difficulty in breathing will have an adverse effect on his life, health and developmental problems, so parents should of course pay attention to knowing and understanding these effective coping solutions, so as to avoid these problems as much as possible causing more adverse effects on the baby's developmental health and allow the baby to grow up healthily.
