What foods cause precocious puberty in children?

There are quite a lot of foods that can cause precocious puberty in children. Many people only know that some hormonal foods may cause precocious puberty, but in fact even the vegetables and fruits we usually like to eat may cause precocious puberty. This is because some ripening agents are added to off-season vegetables and fruits. If children eat such ripening agents frequently, some chemical reactions will occur in their bodies, so the children's physiological system will become chaotic and cause precocious puberty.

Once the hormones remaining in meat enter the human body through food, they will significantly affect the body's hormonal balance. Some of them cause cancer and teratogenesis; some cause metabolic disorders of the body's water, electrolytes, protein, fat and sugar. Children's precocious puberty is related to their preference for meat.

The hormones secreted by the endocrine glands of humans and animals are also called endocrines and hormones. The digestive tract organs and placenta of animals also secrete hormones, such as secretin and chorionic gonadotropin. The synergistic effect of various hormones is necessary for health. Hormones can promote the growth of livestock and poultry and increase the lean meat rate. It usually takes about a year for a chick to grow from hatching to 5 kilograms for sale, but fast-growing chickens fed with hormone-containing feed only need 45 days, or even 39 days.

The distribution and residues of hormones and other drugs in animals have a lot to do with whether the drugs are administered before or after eating, with feed or drinking water, or by injection, as well as the type of drug. Generally, the concentration is high in the liver and kidneys where metabolism occurs; in eggs, fat-soluble drugs tend to accumulate in the yolk. The amount of drug excreted into the animal's body increases with time, that is, the concentration of the drug in the animal's body gradually decreases, and the degree of decrease varies with the type of drug and the animal. For example, the half-life of chicken medicine is usually less than 12 hours, and the withdrawal period for most chicken medicines is 7 days. The withdrawal period is the time when drugs are stopped before livestock and poultry products are allowed to be put on the market (or when they are allowed to be eaten). Animal food is safe when fed during a withdrawal period.

Western countries once added the female hormone diethylstilbestrol, which is used to promote fertility, to feed cattle to promote their growth and development. Later it was discovered that a considerable number of girls aged 18 or 19 had tumors in their necks, and experts suspected that this was because their mothers had taken diethylstilbestrol when they were pregnant with them. Since then, experts have raised the question of whether it is safe to feed beef containing diethylstilbestrol feed. To this end, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, after investigation and research, has made a regulation that cattle should stop being fed feed containing diethylstilbestrol 10 days before slaughter. But the law is difficult to enforce strictly. Since 1981, the World Health Organization has banned the use of diethylstilbestrol and hexylstilbestrol as growth promoters for animals. The hormones currently used in animals include testosterone, progesterone, estradiol, estrone, estriol, etc.

So try not to let your children eat chicken legs or animal offal on a normal basis, because animal offal contains the lymphatic system, which may induce precocious puberty. Also, you cannot let your children be too picky about food. They must eat all kinds of food. This way, the nutrition in their bodies can be balanced. Otherwise, some endocrine disorders will occur.
