What foods cause children's precocious puberty?

Parents all hope that their children can grow up healthily, so they will be particularly worried about some diseases when their children are developing. Then they will give their children some supplements that they think are good for the body. But in fact, this will most likely cause their children to experience precocious puberty in childhood. If precocious puberty occurs, it will have a great impact on the physical and mental health of both themselves and their children. It will make them feel completely different from other children, so inferiority complex will arise, which will cause some mental illnesses.

1. Beautiful Fruits

Many parents love their children and spend money to buy fresh fruits for their children, thinking that fresh fruits have higher nutritional value. However, they do not know that some bright fruits are grown with "ripening agents".

Since crops grow more slowly in winter, the use of "ripening agents" will shorten the growth cycle and increase yields; and in spring, in order to rush to pick and market them early, criminals will also use "ripening agents" on some vegetables and fruits. In addition to "ripening agents", other agents that are often used as catalysts include "redding agents" and "enlargement agents". Therefore, some fruits that look red and big are actually "poisonous fruits" in beautiful appearance. Fruits and vegetables that are usually chosen to use catalysts include strawberries, dates, mangoes, cherries, tomatoes, watermelons, grapes, cucumbers, etc. Consumers must be discerning when purchasing.

Catalysts can cause damage to the human body in two main ways:

(l) The catalyst contains a large amount of hormone components. Whether it is plant or animal food, it contains a certain amount of hormones in its natural state, but the content is very small and will not cause adverse effects on the human body. The hormone content in catalysts is much higher, and these hormone components enter into vegetables and fruits. If children often eat these catalyzed foods, there is a risk of endocrine disorders.

(2) Contains ingredients that promote hormone secretion. These ingredients in the catalyst cause abnormal secretion of sex hormones in the child's body, leading to precocious puberty.

2. Grow meat

There are all kinds of chicken, duck, fish and meat on the market today, and many of these poultry, fish and shrimp are grown with "growth promoters" and "fattening agents". For example, chickens that should have taken more than half a year to be slaughtered were slaughtered in more than a month. These chickens and ducks that are quickly marketed are all fed with feed containing hormones, and some are even directly injected with hormone drugs to promote the rapid growth of the animals.

At present, there are good and bad feed production companies, and excessive addition of medical hormones to feed products occurs frequently. If chickens, ducks, fish and shrimps are fed such feed, hormones will promote their growth while also being concentrated in their bodies. If children eat such food every day, they will eventually suffer from precocious puberty. According to clinical data, children who experience precocious puberty are basically those who love to eat meat.

Therefore, when choosing food for your children, you must be particularly careful and try to choose some green foods. Because meat now contains a lot of ripening agents, you must adjust your children's usual eating habits and let them not be too fond of eating meat. They also need to eat some fresh vegetables, or other foods that are better for the body. This can prevent precocious puberty.
